And I foddered it.
Geez, how can you NOT realize 10 or 12 pushes made the difference. You were less than half a second behind Megan! The Director and Officials said it is illegal and not permitted! It's insane they ignored this. Try and get passed it. Anyone with elementary math skills knows who should have been on the top step.
No kidding, you were microseconds behind that lead rider...and that putz who was pushing her was pushing HARD...you could see her being propelled over the top. PLUS, is it cooincidence that he (pusher) positioned himself at that particular point, up at the top of that climb?
Unacceptable. That tool knows better, he also races. The powers that be should have done something more about it than shake their heads and say it was against the rules. Poor form most of the way around. About the only good form I have seen/heard is that of the racers who didn't get slingshotted over the hump.
